Are quotations free?

Yes, we provide free quotations.

Can I see pictures of previous work?

We have a selection of pictures on our site.

Do you provide skips and waste removal?

Skips are provided if necessary, and all waste is removed in completion with the project.

Can you supply plants?

Yes, we work with a reliable supplier with a wide variety of plants.

What areas do you cover?

We cover all Birmingham, Solihull and surrounding areas.

What are the payment terms?

A stage payment plan will be agreed before we start any work.

Landscaping Questions

Can you lay turf in the winter?

Yes, turf can be laid in the winter season as long as the soil is not to wet or frosty. The best time to lay turf is mid-autumn.

Can slabs be laid in the rain?

We will proceed to lay slabs in the rain depending on how heavy the forecast is. We will avoid this if necessary.

Do you do pressure washing for driveways and patios?

Yes, we offer this service. We also use kiln-dried sand on block driveways & patios after it has been pressure washed.

Do you supply fencing materials?

Yes, the supply of materials is included in the price agreed.

What materials do you use for driveways and patios?

This all depends on the customers request, from tarmac and block paving to slabbing and decking.

Grounds Maintenance Questions

When do your grounds maintenance contracts run?

We tend to start late February until late November.

When is the best time to have my hedge pruned?

Pruning is usually carried out in early spring or winter. Maintenance can be carried out once a year depending on customer requests.

Do you offer as and when garden maintenance visits?

Yes, we do but the price may vary depending on the garden's condition. Monthly visits are recommended.

Can moss be removed from my lawn?

Yes, if a good quality feed and moss killer is evenly applied across the lawn. Next process is to rake the dead moss and re-seed the bare patches.

How often should I get my lawn cut?

This is also a customer preference, but we do tend to offer weekly, fortnightly and monthly cuts.
